Dear Parents & Guardians of the Class of 2025,
We are thrilled to kick off Grad 2025 season with excitement and anticipation! This milestone event is fast approaching, and we are working hard to create an unforgettable send-off for our graduates. This year’s James Bond-inspired "Casino Royale" Graduation promises to be an elegant, thrilling, and truly special celebration for our students.
To help make this event a spectacular success, we are hosting a Grad Pub Fundraiser on April 12—a fantastic evening of fun, entertainment, and fundraising to support our graduation events.
We are currently looking for donations and sponsorships from local businesses, families, and supporters to help raise funds for this year’s celebration. These contributions will directly support the Grad Formal Banquet and special student experiences.
Attached, you’ll find our Donation Request Letter and Sponsorship Package, outlining various ways to honor our grads. Whether it’s a silent auction item, financial sponsorship, a luxury dessert, or other contributions, every bit of support helps us create an event worthy of 007 himself!
To ensure the success of our fundraiser and graduation events, we are also looking for volunteers to assist with organizing, event setup, and operations. A job-specific sign-up will also be sent out in the coming weeks so you can select exactly how you'd like to contribute. In the meantime, we recommend setting the weekend aside to be part of this incredible event.
